Most orders are packed up within 12-24 hours of placing your order and delivery within 2-5 business days.

You can make changes to your order within the first 12 hours if the order has not been sent out yet. Keep in mind, most orders during business hours get picked and packed within 2 hours.

Yes, we ship worldwide and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and desired shipping speed/carrier.
Do I need to buy a Remote for my VMC?
Do I need to buy a Remote for my VMC?
No, you do not need to buy it but it definitely helps navigate the box more effectively. If you do not have touch screen in your vehicle, we strongly encourage you also buy a Magic Remote.

How do I return my order?
How do I return my order?
You can return/exchange any item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date but you must have all the original packaging (box & components inside) to qualify. Products that have missing components or original box are not eligible for refunds. We offer the ability to send the product back with a pre-paid shipping label if you select that option on our returns center.
Holiday Shoppers:Â Due to the gifting nature of our products, we will be modifying our return policy to allow enough time for your recipient to return if they wish. Please provide proof of the gift and have the recipient reach out with the person who placed the order.Â
If your items arrived damaged, please reach out to us directly with images and videos within 24 hours of delivery.Â
